Shenzhen Guda Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 in Longhua District, Shenzhen. We specialize in the design of non-standard equipment and the processing of non-standard parts. We currently occupy over 2,000 square meters, with over 1,500 square meters of industrial plant space. We have a permanent staff of 59-99 people. We are a large-scale but highly focused company. It has a built-in 24V power battery. When there is no power in the external environment, it can be used as a backup power supply. Turn on the battery start switch (test equipment UPS switch) to power the vacuum meter, gas flow meter, PLC and display. When there is an external power supply, turn on the test equipment power switch to charge the backup power supply. The green light is always on to indicate that the battery is fully charged. When the external power supply is used, the test equipment UPS switch must be turned off.

Place the material (pin positioning) on the lower die workbench and manually withdraw from the light barrier. Press the start switch, and the cylinder drives the lower die down. After the upper and lower dies touch, the cutter head continues to descend, cutting the material (6 small pieces at a time), and the cylinder rises. The material falls into the material box. Reposition the material, manually withdraw from the light barrier, and start the switch again. The material falls completely and the material box is pulled out.

In the event of a hinge failure, if the door-opening/door-closing sensors fail to sense an event, a fault alarm sounds after a waiting period of X seconds, and the motor stops.
